LAS VEGAS – August 7, 2019 – Barrett-Jackson, The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions, is set to rev up the collector car market once again as it approaches its 12th Annual Las Vegas Auction at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, October 3-5, 2019. This year’s Las Vegas auction will feature a star-studded docket of highly desirable collector vehicles and hundreds of pieces of automobilia crossing the auction block, nearly all at No Reserve.
“We couldn’t be more excited to bring our Las Vegas Auction back to the Entertainment Capital of the World for the 12th consecutive year this October,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “Barrett-Jackson recently won USA Today’s Readers’ Choice Award for ‘The Best Attraction for Car Lovers.’ Our team is incredibly honored by this recognition and believe we’ve helped set a standard for this amazing hobby. This year’s Las Vegas Auction is sure to deliver on everyone’s expectations with world-class collections, authentic automobilia and incredible collector cars, like a No Reserve 2017 Ford GT.”

“We’re headed to Las Vegas with an already remarkable auction season behind us,” said Steve Davis, president of Barrett-Jackson. “We’re going to build on that momentum with a docket rich with classic muscle cars, Resto-Mods, high-end supercars and everything in between. The breadth of our Las Vegas docket will include something for every type of enthusiast.”
Among the other anticipated collector vehicles crossing the block is a 1965 Shelby GT350SR Custom Fastback #CSC002 (preview). This Continuation Shelby was built in 2005 to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of Carroll Shelby’s legendary GT350, and is powered by an all-aluminum 585hp, 427ci small-block V8 engine. A beautiful 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Custom Convertible (preview) is also crossing the block with No Reserve. The 2,000-square-foot STEM Center exhibition will be open throughout the auction and features hands-on activities that allow students to better understand automotive technology through the applications of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Toyota will join the heart-pounding Dodge Thrill Rides this year with the all-new Toyota Thrill Rides on a 60,000-square-foot track.
