Travel & Adventure Show to Fuel Trend for Global Adventures with New Seminars, Exhibits, Entertainment During Dallas Show
DALLAS – Jan. 7, 2020 – The Travel & Adventure Show will return to North Texas and help fuel the trend for global adventure during its annual two-day event, March 28-29, 2020, at Dallas Market Hall. Returning for its tenth year in Dallas, the Travel & Adventure Show will host some of the top experts in the travel industry to help Texans plan the ultimate vacation, road trip or weekend getaway.
“Over the last decade, the Travel & Adventure Show has become the premier event to help Texans plan their dream destination within their travel preferences and budget,” said John Golicz, CEO of Travel & Adventure Show. “To celebrate our 10th Anniversary in Dallas, we’re bringing in premier travel experts, representatives from the world’s top destination spots and interactive exhibits that will make it entertaining for the entire family. Our show brings the world to you, so you can plan the perfect adventure under one roof. ”
Spanning nearly 106,875 square feet of event space, the Dallas Travel & Adventure Show fills Dallas Market Hall with exciting exhibits, seminars and entertainment for the entire family. Dozens of educational travel workshops are held in four theaters located on the show floor.
This year’s featured travel experts include:
- Andrew McCarthy – Award-Winning Travel Writer, Actor, and Director
- Rudy Maxa – Travel Journalist, Broadcaster
- Trish Feaster – Founder and CEO of “The Travelphile”
- Tiffany Funk – Managing Editor at One Mile at a Time
- Stefan Krasowski – Founder, Every Passport Stamp Facebook group, blogger at Rapid Travel Chai
- Paul Theroux – Best-selling Author, Novelist, Travel Writer
- Angel Castellanos – World Traveler
“There’s a movement to invest in experiences over possessions,” said Golicz. “The National Travel and Tourism Office, for example, reported that international travel in 2018 jumped six percent, with more than 93 million trips abroad. Our show is built on helping you make the most of your trips and creating the kind of great experiences that will last a lifetime. In the Bahamas, for example, you can book a trip to some of the world’s most pristine and flawless coastlines and meet the adorable, legendary swimming pigs while you’re there.”
The U.S. Department of State is once again partnering with the Travel & Adventure Show to help get more people traveling in 2020. Guests who complete the online form and schedule an appointment to renew or apply for their passport during the show will get free show admission. This year’s show will host more than 200 exhibitors featuring information about popular destinations and travel experiences, as well as the latest travel products and technology.
Advance tickets for the Travel & Adventure Show are available for purchase online at a discounted rate until March 27, 2020.
